Here comes another line of SATA II SSDs from A-Data, the Premier SP800. Available in both 32GB and 64GB sizes, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, TRIM support, a MTBF of 1 million hours and promise to deliver read/write speeds of up to 280/260 MB/s (32GB Model) and 280/265 MB/s (64GB Model), respectively. Coming in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities, these 2.5-inch SSDs are packed with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, a MTBF of 1 million hours and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 550/505 MB/s (64GB Model), 550/520 MB/s (128GB Model) and 555/530 MB/s (256GB Model), respectively.
